Through ongoing collaboration with customers, we’re focused on one objective: to develop the most effective hot runner solution for the specific application, giving customers precision-control over injection molding and ensuring reliable, trouble-free operation. Through a variety of avenues, we have achieved this goal for thousands of customers around the world, delivering on our promise of unparalleled customer support from initial design through ongoing technical assistance after the sale.

To ensure complete customer satisfaction, our service engineers provide comprehensive support – before and after the sale. This includes onsite system installation, highly responsive troubleshooting to maximize uptime, and training as required.

Upon acceptance of the design, our applications and design engineers continue to collaborate with the customer and other key members of the Synventive team – purchasing, shipping and manufacturing, among others – to finalize the drawings, specifications and costs.
